As Queensland Manager for Stay Upright Motorcycle Techniques and throughout his impressive 25 year professional career, Thompson has consistently performed at a magnificent level.

Stay Upright Motorcycle Techniques was established in 1981 and is now the largest provider of motorcycle rider training in Australia. They offer a wide variety of training courses designed to improve the attitude, skills and knowledge of all motorcyclists, from beginner to advanced. Stay Upright also offers off-road and ATV courses, corporate training and adventure tours.

The company is a Registered Training Organization with national accreditation by VETAB. They are also accredited to provide training and testing services by VicRoads, NSW Roads and Traffic Authority, the ACT and Tasmanian Governments as well as Queensland Transport.
