SEATTLE, WA, March 11, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Patricia Diane Smith has been acknowledged by Stanford Who's Who as a result of her exceptional effort in the Child Care Industry. As Owner and Director of Care A Lot Learning Center as well as throughout her incredible 27 year professional career, Patricia has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be among the best.
Care A Lot Learning Center is a day care center extremely dedicated to the well-being and development of the children in their program. They cater to children from age four to twelve years. Care A Lot is a full-time day care unit which is licensed for thirty nine children. They have a variety of school age programs available as well as a full-time summer curriculum. There is a Nurse Consultant on staff and the center works closely with the parents and children to make it as learning friendly as possible.
Patricia has received a tremendous amount of Child Development Association training and continues to take college courses. Each year she receives 50 hours of child care training to keep up with her education in the industry.
Smith is a regular reader of Parent as well as numerous online journals on the subject of child care. She enjoys arts and crafts as well as gardening in her leisure time and is an avid history enthusiast.
