With 29 years of professional experience, Mr. Samore was driven to pursue a career in law by his debate skills. At SmithAmundsen, he concentrates his practice on defending clients in a variety of class action lawsuits, commercial litigations and environmental claims; he serves as a chairman for the firm's class action, environmental, and toxic tort practice divisions. Mr. Samore has been involved with more than 50 litigations concerning class action, consumer fraud, breach of contract, data privacy and statutory violations. He attributes his success to his hard work.
In 1981, Mr. Samore received a JD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is affiliated with the American Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute. For four different years, he has been recognized by Super Lawyers for excellence in class action and mass tort lawsuits. Mr. Samore is an AV-rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell.
